Information for consultation

A consultative service is provided by Dr. Lynch in the rooms. For this consultation you will need to fill out paperwork pertaining to your history and it would be beneficial if you were to bring in all your medications in on the day of your consultation. Following the consultation further investigations may be arranged and this may include endoscopic procedures such as a Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy.
